June 2012
Dear Campus Hill family:
Just a little note to thank you for all your support and dedication to our beloved church. As a reflection of our nation and our society, we are going through very difficult times, but it is in times like this that we need to remember that we are in God’s hands and that He is in control of our lives.
It is in times like these that we need to exercise our faith, and say like the prophet Habbakuk (3:17-19, NIV):
Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines,
though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food,
though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls,
yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior.
The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,
he enables me to tread on the heights.
Have a great and wonderful summer!
