Is it healthy to choose a vegan lifestyle and how does one ensure adequate quantities of all essential nutrients? These issues and many other factors pertaining to a healthy lifestyle are discussed indepth in this lecture.
Moreover, recipes and household tips are provided to make the transition to a vegan lifestyle not only simple but delightful.
About the Speaker: With a background in zoology, biomedical sciences, and research in archaeology and history, Professor Walter J. Veith is a world-renowned author, scientist and lecturer, lecturing internationally on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. While professor at the University of the Western Cape, he served as chair of the zoology department for many years, and received the Royal Society London Grant for his research in the area of nutrition and medical bioscience. He is one of only five scientists in the world to have made revolutionary discoveries in the areas of health, in particular in regards to a healthy lifestyle and vegetarianism.
His findings are presented in this DVD presentation.
